Compound business division was established in 1990 to serve the growing plastic
processing industry in the country. The factory was located in Tangerang with a
total area of 23,000 sqm, equipped with many machines and laboratory
facilities.
Corporate Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree (S-2), Law or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have strong knowledge regarding terms, conditions and legal aspects of a business contract
- Have demonstrated ability to advise and assist the company on the development of detailed agreements
- Computer literacy is a must
- Good communications skill, have strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills
- Full-Time position(s) available
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in daily/routine job for legal matters (all required permits needed)
- Checking/updating Corporate Licenses, e.g: Letter of Domicile, Company Registration Number (TDP)
- Liaising with external parties/legal counsel in preparing all required documents
- Updating Information to management related laws or regulations
- Any other work that may be delegated to Corporate Legal Administrator.
- Assisting another division who is in need of legal administration support
