PT GCI Indonesia, is a branch company of CHINA GCI in Indonesia (founded at Jan.2006) in order to provide localized mobile network engineering services to Indonesian telecom equipment vendors and operators. The services include the network management service, RF optimization services of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/EVDO network, RF engineering implementation services of IBC system& Macro-cellular system. PT GCI Indonesia is fast growing telecommunication subcontractor in the past 6 years in Indonesia and is dedicated to be a leading provider of telecommunication services. Legal Staff / Officer

Responsibilities:

• Offer expert legal advice to senior level management, board members, and business units
• Review and negotiate all confidentiality agreements with suppliers and customers;
• Identify risks and propose alternative options to reduce the risks involved in prospective transactions;
• Communicate with external attorneys to provide legal advice on the issues related to the company's obligations, rights, risks and organization privileges;
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Operation, Finance, Marketing, and Professional Development, etc., to assure legal adherence for special projects

Requirements:

• The suitable job holder must possess a Law Degree
• Be licensed for law practice in Indonesia
• At least three years relevant experience preferably gained in telecommunication industry
• Possess the ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and be a team player
• Excellent command of English (listening, speaking & writing)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia contract, tax, intellectual property, corporate, employment and immigration laws;
• Good working knowledge of international trade related legal concept
• The applicant will be required to travel within Indonesia
