Senior Lawyer
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advise to the client.
- Prepare legal report for advisory services.
- Prepare draft of legal agreement/contract.
Requirements:
- Maximum 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent,
- Having Peradi License.
- 6 - 10 year(s) of working experience as Litigation Senior Lawyer, especially Corporate Law
- Good English communication skills both oral and written, and good command in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Excellent in negotiating, legal drafting, reviewing the commercial contract, analyzing, Legal Due Dilligence and giving legal opinion.
- Full-Time position available.
