Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Age maximum 27 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Law from prominent university with GPA minimum 3.00, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having strong knowledge in the area of Indonesia Law
- Proficient and highly experienced in making legal drafting, business agreement
- Preferred to has pass the PERADI BAR EXAM
- Excellent English both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research or investigation such as gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and other necessary documents
- Investigate facts and law of cases to determine causes of action and to prepare cases
- Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law
