details-driven personal to join its team in Jakarta as:
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- You will responsible Litigation-Handle court cases on behalf of the company Draft and file court documents, attend all company court matters, trace witnesses, attend witness meetings with external counsel, update on progress
- Draft legal documentations including Company legal documents, contracts, templates and communication related to legal matters
- Facilitate and legalize registrations on behalf of the company property i.e trade mark, intellectual property, and registration of company resolutions, annual returns
Requirements:
- Female
- Understanding of the business operation regulatory, trade mark, statutory framework including listing requirements
- Corporate Governance knowledge or training shall be an added advantage
- Excellent drafting skills
- Applicants should be Legal practice of two years or more shall be an added advantage
- Good administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal Skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic open minded thinker
