Legal & Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Response, monitor and report alleged violation of rules, company regulation, policy and Global Code of Conduct.
- Conducting compliance audit.
- Issue and record Warning letters.
- Maintain labor law issues and registrations.
- Conducting GCOC and compliance training.
- Outlining potential risks within compliance scope.
- Maintain and monitor GPPM Implementation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Contract position available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang
