Staff Legal

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in conducting the review and handle licensing, partnership agreements, as well as all other legal documents, provide legal opinions relating to the legal and business aspects of the company, coordinate with government institutions relating to the legal aspects, regulations and Government policies and evaluating regulatory and policy within the company.

Requirements

• Male, age Max. 27 years old
• S1, bachelor’s degree of law
• Min GPA of 2.80
• Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Legal
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Able to speak English is active orally and in writing
• Have an insight into the institutions of governance, regulation and Government policy and company regulations
• Have a high Analysis and good communication skill
• Depok, West Java-Placement
