Paralegal (PL)/Corporate Associates (COR)/Litigation Associates (LIT)

General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
• Prior working experience will be an advantage (PL)
• Good research skills (PL)
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good computer skills
• Posses good integrity, easy to adapt, continous learning & improvements
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work as a team or independently
• Licensed as Advocate (COR/LIT)
• Posses unique competency or skill set (COR/LIT)

Specific requirements:

• Fluent in English (COR)
• Well organized (COR)
• Understand commercial issues in Indonesia & global perception (COR)
• Advance legal review and drafting skill (COR)
• Strong analytical thinking (COR)
• Ability to work with details & accurate (COR)
• Focus and problem solver (LIT)
• Initiative & dilligent (LIT)
• Understand several society & culture in Indonesia (LIT)
• Advance presentation & negotiation skills (LIT)
• Strong legal procedure, form, requirements and best practises (LIT)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision & target oriented (LIT)
