Rintis Sejahtera is established in 1991, is engaged in the operation of a VSAT
satellite communication system. In August 2000, with the support of the leading
VSAT Networks, Rintis believed to be the service provider for Networking and
Communications Switching ATM BCA. Until now Rintis has consisted of 53 bank
participants of shared service type supported by the Bank with more than 46,700
networks and more than 186,000 ATM Networks EDCs in all of Indonesia. With

Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Age minimum 28 Years
- Minimum S1 from Law School, GPA Min 2.80
- Experience as Corporate Legal Min 2 years in the same field.
- Proficient in making & Reviewing NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding), Agreement & Addendum.
- Deft and has good communication skills
- Accustomed to working with deadlines (Deadline)
Responsibilities:
- As a Legal Officer Responsible Proficient in Creating & Meriew NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding), Agreement & Addendum.
