Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all legal issues dor Corporate actions are covered and fulfilled. Providing Legal Opinion, review and drafting legal documents. Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling dan legal processing. Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may effect the company. Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investments and new business ventures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Good team player and also great as an individual.
- Good communication skill and have wide range networking.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung and willing to travel all around Indonesia.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
