Legal Officer – Banking
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys to prepare integral corporate documents/materials.
- Work directly with attorneys and clients during closings and corporate transactions.
- Prepare audit letters for distribution to auditors and clients
- Manage contract
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Semanggi - South Jakarta.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
