the position:
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall activities including handling and reviewing contracts, agreements or other legal documents as well as corporate legal dispute.
- Handling and liason with third parties i.e notary, authorities, external lawyer.
- Handling IPR matters.
- Maintain and administer legal documents.
Requirements:
- Male/Female with maximum age 29 years.
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in law with minimum GPA 3.0 from reputable university.
- Have good knowledge in corporate law
- Have experience minimum 3 years in corporate legal or law firm or notary office.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Able to operate MS Office.
- Team work player with pleasant personality, hard-working, energetic and self- motivated;
- Strong analytical and problem solving.
