Legal Officer
We
are looking for a Legal Officer. The ideal candidate must be a university
graduate majoring in Law with excellent English Proficiency. Candidates should
possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, with deep technical and practical
knowledge in corporate law, business law, contract law and any related law to
the main core of IT industry/Mining Industry. Previous working experience in a
Law Firm or Legal Department of a multinational company will be an advantage.
General Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Law with GPA of 3.00 or above from reputable university.
- Excellent English Proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Law.
- Good writing skills and able to review and draft documents in both English and Bahasa Indonesia i.e. contract, formal letters, etc.
- Having strong research & analytical ability with attention to details, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office applications in working standard i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to work in Bali or Yogyakarta with the possibility to relocate to any of our other offices in Indonesia.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team.
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized and, trustworthy and possess high sense of loyalty.
