Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in a shopping mall is preferrable.
- To create contracts as required by all departmets.
- To verify all the contracts including tenants, vendor, employees and other partners legally.
- To ensure all the legal documents are completed and current.
- Be resposinble for the legal aspect of the company
