Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• A leading international fund management company is seeking a high-caliber Corporate Lawyer to join their group based in Jakarta.

Key Requirements:

• Keep up-to-date with changes in the Indonesian Legal and Regulatory environment and advise on the impact for any changes
• Provide advice on general legal issues arising under Indonesian law (including employment law)
• Ensure that general counsel APAC is appropriately consulted on all potential legal issues in the company and recommend how the legal risks arising may be effectively managed
• Ensure that all agreements are compliant with Indonesian law and regulatory requirements as well as company's legal risk processes by reviewing and negotiating all such agreement appropriately
• Review all fund and offer documents
• The successful candidate must have a solid knowledge in Corporate Legal

Other Key Requirements:

• Minimum six (6) years of experience in Corporate Legal
• Have a solid knowledge in Capital Markets preferred
• Experience in fund management business preferred.
• Must have strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong self starter, pro-active and team player
• Demonstrate a high degree of commitment and energy
