GA & Legal

Responsibilities:

• Capturing the flow of data and procedures as well as the negotiations to government / private institutions associated with such licensing SIUP, TDP, Corporate Domicile, etc.
• Compiling and reviewing the draft agreement to look for the weaknesses and advantages as well as the anticipation of the implementation of the agreement constraints or losses that may be suffered by the company on the draft submitted by third parties, so found a solution.
• Providing legal opinions / legal studies on corporate issues or legal opinion on the company's plans with regard to regulations issued by the government
• Documenting laws and licensing agreements as well as copy and other laws

Requirements:

• Education Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from majors Law
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Having standards understanding of legal matters,diligent accurate, negotiation, public relations including practical aspect and having experience in mining will be preferred
• Reviewing and auditing reports reflecting the operations in the field
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Able to work in a team or Individually
• Able to communicate in verbal and written English
• Ready to join as soon as possible
