Junior Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Preferable Male.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring law with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Minimum experience 2-4 years in contract drafting, and handle thelegal aspects of the company.
- Good spoken and writing in both English and Bahasa.
- Holding an active PERADI license is an advantage.
- Willing to located in Kelapa Gading - North Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Make necessary legal opinion on various legal issues relating the customers.
- Drafting and reviewing various of contract.
- Updating current legal issues.
- Having, maintaining, and establishing good relationship or rapport with various regulatory entities in Indonesia.
- Conducting legal audit and ensuring legal compliance of activities including activities of other companies to comply with the existing regulations.
- Maintaining and managing communication and correspondence with external parties.
- Representing company on legal issues.
- Good understanding of Indonesian law; especially private and company law, foreign investment, construction, shipping, also oil & gas industry related regulations.
- Familiar with Notary and Land Document.
- Experience in contract drafting, legal due diligence and provide legal opinion.
