PT Infomedia Solutions Humanika (ISH) was established in Jakarta on October 24, 2012 based on Notarial Deed Zulkifli Harahap No. 15 - 2012 which was passed by the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia on October 30, 2012, No. AHU-55715.AH.01.01.Tahun 2012 and ISH began operating in December 2012. In stock ownership  owned by PT. Infomedia Nusantara a subsidiary of PT. Telkom. ISH as a company engaged in the field of HR Process & Solutions has been managing approximately 17,300 workers. Distribution of HR Process & Solutions ISH covers most parts of Indonesia, especially in big cities such as parts of Indonesia like Medan, Surabaya, Jakarta, Bandung, Makassar, etc.

PT Haleyora Power

PT Haleyora Power was established specifically to meet the needs of electricity in mine area PT Antam which will be opened in Halmahera, Maluku. As the anticipation then PT PLN to form subsidiaries, namely PT Haleyora Power which will establish and operationalize a 300 MW power plant. Where 100% of the electricity production results are intended to serve the mining operations of PT Antam and processing at smelternya. But after a few times of negotiation between the parties, there is a lack of sepakatan in the matter of the determination of the sale price and the purchase of electricity, then led to the cancellation of the transaction between PT PLN with PT Antam.
