PT Haleyora Power was established specifically to meet the needs of electricity in mine area PT Antam which will be opened in Halmahera, Maluku. As the anticipation then PT PLN to form subsidiaries, namely PT Haleyora Power which will establish and operationalize a 300 MW power plant. Where 100% of the electricity production results are intended to serve the mining operations of PT Antam and processing at smelternya. But after a few times of negotiation between the parties, there is a lack of sepakatan in the matter of the determination of the sale price and the purchase of electricity, then led to the cancellation of the transaction between PT PLN with PT Antam.

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Helping coordinate corporate compliance service
• Help coordinate the corporate regulatory services;
• Help coordinate the service contract or corporate agreement.
• Help coordinate the service of accompaniment and corporate relations.
• Provide support over the work that is incidental in an environment of teamwork and PT Haleyora Power

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law
• At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably Staff (non-a non-management & supervisor) s specializing in Law or Corporate Law or equivalent.
• Good communication skill
• Able to work in tight deadlines and various tasks
• Familiar with contracts and Corporate Law
• Familiar with Labour Law
• Good Administration skills
• Full-time position (s) available.
