It was established in 1973 with its first company, CV Auto Diesel Radiators Co. , of which the name ADR originated from. Currently ADR Group has four business divisions Automotive (Automotive Components Industry), Agro (MDF Plant,Palm Oil Plantation, and Industrial Foresty Plantation), Property (directly owned or jointly developed and managed property project in Jakarta and Batam. e.g. Office Tower, Condominium,Shopping Mall & Industrial Estate) and Investment. ADR Group’s manufacturing companies are located in Kapuk, Jakarta on a 5-hectare land and in Tangerang, Banten, on a 70-hectare land. Our contract manufacturing business allows us to manufacture for key industry leaders in automotive component business, corporate whole sellers and retailers. PT Pingroun Food Jakarta

PT Pingroun Food Jakarta is a frozen food manufacturer with a Taiwanese-owned enterprise and newly established in Indonesia. It operates as a subsidiary of Pingroun Group (屏榮集團) . Other subsidiaries have opened in Taiwan (Pingtung, Taoyuan, Shinzhu), China (Foshan, Yingtan, Nanchang, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Tianjin), and Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh). The above companies are specializing in the production of frozen roasted eel (kabayaki eel), frozen food series, confectionery and room temperature food series-based products with brand of “Arno, Gu Yue Zhai, and Lafeve”. Our company aims to provide a safety, healthy, and satisfying products to our consumers.

PT MNC Skyvision (INDOVISION)

PT MNC SkyVision (MSV) is the pioneer in Indonesia's satellite pay television industry. Established on August 8, 1988, MSV began to market their satellite-based Pay TV service in early 1994 under the INDOVISION brand name. Since 1994, MSV utilized a C-band Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) analog service using Palapa C-2 satellite. Later in 1997, MSV underwent a radical technology change from Palapa C-2 Analog in C-Band to Indostar-I Digital in S-Band frequency. Indostar-I satellite was specially launched to cater MSV's program distribution in Indonesia, and is managed by PT. Media Citra Indostar (MCI), a sister company being also a subsidiary company of Global Mediacom. Currently to distribute its service through out Indonesia, MSV is using its owned satellite named IndostarII that was launched on May 2009.
