And on August 18, 2014 there is a change in ownership where the current ownership of PT. Dharmamulia Prima Karya held by a few shareholders with a composition as much as 73.5% shares owned by Ms. Ariyanti Koswara, 13.5% shares owned by Mr. Teguh Pantjatmono and 13% shares owned by Mr. Yudi Budiyarto. PT DPK engaged in, Transportation , Human Resources services also developing General Trading, CME and Telco.
