Kendal Industrial Park (KIP) is a joint venture development between P.T. Jababeka Tbk and Sembcorp Development Ltd. Strategically located facing the sea in Central Java, it is set to be an ideal alternative to Greater Jakarta for manufacturing with excellent infrastructure, readily available skilled force and competitive wages. The 2,700-hectare KIP is a self-contained industrial township with modern facilities and sound infrastructure. Phase I development covers 860 hectares of land, offering prepared land parcels and ready-built factories as well as a commercial and residential zone. Sembcorp Development is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, a Temasek-linked company listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate(s) must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field of study.
• Candidate(s) must fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Candidate(s) be able to be stationed on Kendal, Central Java.
• Candidate(s) must show the evidence of the following
• Good communication skill and ability to work with others in multidisciplinary team as well as lead others in a team.

Specific Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in handling legal task, i.e.: giving legal advice, conducting negotiation in relation with legal action/documentation, etc.
• Have capability to liaise with relevant government departments and another parties involved
