your mouth. Even the all-powerful Pointing has no control about the blind texts
it is an almost unorthographic life One day however a small line of blind text
by the name of Lorem Ipsum decided to leave for the far World of Grammar. The
Big Oxmox advised her not to do so, because there were thousands of bad Commas,
wild Question Marks and devious Semikoli, but the Little Blind Text didn’t
listen.

Requirements:
- Education Bachelor of law, a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Legal experience as Supervisor in an FMCG company minimial 1 year
- Understand commercial law and civil litigation Indonesia
- Have a good negotiation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Create and review the entire agreement and legal documents of the company
- Prepare the documentation needed for the implementation of the corporate action (GMS, Public Exposé)
- Monitors registration of intellectual property belonging to the company as well as deed and company’s changes
- Interpreting the legal opinion of notary, legal consultants or Government agencies as supporting documents in handling the case and the settlement or agreement
