PT. BERKAH MANIS MAKMUR (PT. BMM) is registered as a 100% Indonesian owned PMDN company (local investment company) with approval from the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board ( BKPM ) No. 12/36/ III/PMDN/2011 dated 10th Mei 2011. On 11th October 2011, PT. BMM obtained approval from BKPM for exemption of Import Tax and Value Added Tax on the importation of machinery and equipment for the construction of a 2,000mt per day sugar refinery in Indonesia (Masterlist No. : 700/Pabean/2011). PT. BMM has also retained the services of an Australian HSQE consultant to guide PT. BMM during the construction stage and to provide induction training on HSQE standards before the refinery starts operation.

Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Take care of permissions related to the company's operations at the Ministry, local government and other government agencies.
• Creating and reviewing the contract/agreement between the parties either in language or discuss English
• Understand the laws agreement, understand how to create a contract that is good and right.
• Willing to descend directly into the field (such as agencies-agencies; " governance, etc.) if necessary.

Requirements:

• Age 27 s/d 35 years
• Education S1/S2 law of leading University IP, at least 3.00
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field
• United Kingdom-speaking well
• Accustomed to arrange a licensing and cooperation agreement
• Meticulous and responsible in working
• Can operate the computer (Microsoft Office)
• Have your own vehicle (SIM SIM A or C)
