Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Preparing the requirements for site licensing process
• Help the verification process:
• Status of land rights
• Status of land ownership
• Land allotment
• The provisions of the limitation of land use planning
• Create data reports the legality of land, the allocation and licensing
• Assist the process of management of development/development permission areas
• To know the management process and help the Site Plan/revision of Site Plan
• Hold the data the legality of land
• Assist the management of the housing land certificate
• Assist the process of formulation of the legal papers that relate to the company or a subsidiary

Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field
• Salary: Negotiable
