Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assist Legal Manager in handling day to day operational legal related
- Review any agreement, contract, MOU, & any correspondence letter with any third party which is related to the business operational activities
- Manage & perform the maintenance of general operational licenses, also prepare & perform maintenance process on all matters related to land assets & company’s intellectual property
- Keep updates on any new regulations issued by the government relating to the company’s business operational & industry in general
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent, preferable from reputable University
- At least 3 years of working experience in banking industry in related position, and/or as lawyer in a law firm or in house counsel
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
