Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
- Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed
- Create a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
- Perform clerical duties generally include, but are not limited to photocopy, fax, correspondence and filing documents.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- At least Bachelor degree majoring in Law
- Master the legal aspects of civil, criminal and employment
- Preferably have a license as an advocate
- Able to communicate well with related parties
- Can sort the work plan as well as matters relating to legal issues
- Have A SIM
- Familiar with the job has high mobility, and strong against working pressure
