Requirements:

• Max. age 40 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
• Min. 5 years experience in Human Resources Department and General Affair in Logistics / Transportation
• Capable in the HR partnering skill of coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, analysis and problem solving
• Able to be hands on and understand the details of work, challenges, and solutions
• Strong leadership and capable of working under pressure and deadlines
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
