Responsibilities:

• Manage requirement and staffing process
• To be responsible in maintaining in HR and GA activity
• Training and development
• Recruitment (Searching, Interview and Selecting)
• Selection, promotion, transferring & demotion of employee if needed
• Controlling absent and make punishment
• Renewal contract’s employee

Requirements:

• Maximum age 45 Years Old
• Experience 5 years working in related field
• At least S1 in psychology / law or equivalent
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good communication skill
• Should be able to to think independent and implement SOP for HR related
• Experience in handling legal, Incorporation & Companies, BKPM, Disnaker, Immigration
