PT Ieglo Digital Kreasi (IEGLO) a newly established company located in the main Jakarta business district. We created the company to deliver a new type of integrated digital advertising service to the Indonesian advertising marketplace. The company will service clients in the Indonesian digital marketing ecosystem space including telecommunication providers, publishers, developers, APPS and all digital advertisers. We already have world-leading big-data technology and a deep understanding of digital advertising technology from IEGLO Global. We are currently a small start-up company but with big ambitions in an exciting new digital advertising world! Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Preparing all legal documents for company purposes
• Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfilled
• Providing legal opinion, review and legal drafting
• Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company
• Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment and new business ventures

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from Law
• At least 3 years experiences in a consulting or corporate legal function
• Strong analytical skill and high attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work individual as well as in team</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English.
