Responsibilities:
- Body care Corporate Law / Corporate
- Care operations
- Bridging the legalization regarding a corporate action such agreements with third parties, including legal drafting (deed agreement), legal opinions (make legal opinion) and legal review.
- Licensing: Extension TDP, TIN, manufacture of APIs.
- Reviewing the proposed creation / change of SOP.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
