Human Resources Department
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and developing human resources. In this case, including the planning, implementation and supervision of human resources and the development of human resources.
- Take full responsibility in the recruitment process of employees, ranging from the search for job candidates, up to the selection interview.
- Creating employment contract employees as well as to renew the term of the employment contract.
- Perform disciplinary action on employees who violate the law or company policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management /Bachelor of Laws
- Maximal age 40 years
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of HRD
- Mastering Microsoft Office
- Patient, Disciplined, Diligent, Responsible, and Team work
