Human Resources Department

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and developing human resources. In this case, including the planning, implementation and supervision of human resources and the development of human resources.
• Take full responsibility in the recruitment process of employees, ranging from the search for job candidates, up to the selection interview.
• Creating employment contract employees as well as to renew the term of the employment contract.
• Perform disciplinary action on employees who violate the law or company policy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management /Bachelor of Laws
• Maximal age 40 years
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of HRD
• Mastering Microsoft Office
• Patient, Disciplined, Diligent, Responsible, and Team work
