Litigation Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Drafting the lawsuit, answers, replik, duplik, submit evidence, conclusions, appeal, appeal, cassation memory cons, cons memory of Cassation
• Do the mentoring/assisting law
• Can work together with the team and can devise a scale of priorities in daily work
• Have the ability of analysis, and solutions in reviewing a matter

Requirements:

• Minimum age 23-27 years
• Education Law Degree
• GPA of at least 3.00
• Graduates of Universities or private accredited A
• Have at least 1 year experience as a legal officer in the field of insurance/bank (preferred)
• Master of civil law/criminal law, law firms, insurance
• Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia
• Follow the Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) Peradi
