MT HRD

Responsibilities:

• Master UU Tenaga Kerja
• Learn the process of internal HR which include: recruitment, personnel administration, general affair, industrial relations, payroll, etc. for some time. Candidates will be assessed, and if the candidate's good performance and achievements will be appointed leader of the HR team.
• Take care of permissions associated with the company
• Support companies in managing HUMAN RESOURCES

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skill (s): leadership and managing, general hr functions, Hr Activities.
• Required language (s): Chinese, English, Indonesian Language
• At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang Timur.
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOMED.
• Full-time position (s) available.
