Legal and Contract Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company inside and outside the Court on the basis of the authority of the leadership of the company.
• Responsible for the management of all documents against the required permission of the company.
• Analyze and provide advice regarding legal aspects especially regarding the making of a work contract with a third party and labor agreements.
• Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed
• Create a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
• Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validity

Requirements:

• Minimal education Bachelor of law
• Mastering the Laws – an invitation that existed in Indonesia
• Have the ability in doing Legal Drafting
• Have high loyalty discipline, communicative, hard-working, ready to work under pressure, deftly, creative, quick to adapt
• Minimum 1 year in his field (preferred) mastered the literature of computer (MS OFFICE)
