Corporate Legal Support
Responsibilities:
- Care of the affairs of the AGM, and changes Statutes.
- IPO preparation.
- Running the legal support functions as stipulated in the internal regulations of the applicable procedures.
- Charge of operational activities
- Bridging the legalization regarding corporate actions such agreements with third parties Covers legal drafting (deed of agreement), legal opinions (making legal opinions) and legal review.
- Extension of HGB-HGU land assets owned by the company.
- Licensing: Extension of TDP, TIN, the manufacture of APIs.
- Registration of patents, licensing.
- reviewing proposals manufacture / SOP changes.
- Escorting the new rule or regulation
