Biro Staff Legal – Litigation

Requirements:

• Age 24 - 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience in legal department
• Having experience in handling legal matters in an insurance company is an advantage
• Minimum S1 in Law from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Having Good Communication and interpersonal Skill, Have a High Commitment to Work, Self Motivated, Strong & Though
• Detail Oriented, good analytical skill
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Responsibilities:

• Analyze each case faced by the company and poured into an analysis referred to the legal opinion
• Handle legal issues faced by the company, either internal or external civil and criminal, outside the court and in court (proceedings)
• Drafting up the agreement required by the company to resolve legal problems, either internal or external
