Legal Business Officer

(Bandung-West Java)

Responsibilities:

• Support and cultivate corporate documents specifically relating to the cooperation agreement (Legal Contract)
• Review Legal Contract and document project company which placed
• Create a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
• Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with validation monitoring and analyzing

Requirements:

• Maximum Age 30 years old man
• S1/S2 Education Law/Business Law
• GPA of 3.00
• Having work experience in their field for 3 years
• Experienced and colonised the Indonesian legal system and international
• The ability for drafting, review, opinion & agreement
• English Active Language
• Have an understanding of business law
• Able to communicate well and have the ability to negotiate
