Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible directly to the Manager of public relations and land acquisition.
- Responsible for resolving all problems related to law or that would lead to legal action either that problems relating to land acquisition, as well as the activities of other companies.
- Create report weekly, monthly and annual basis regarding developments (progress) job, or cases that deal with legal issues that are being addressed to the immediate superior (Manager) or indirect supervisor (Presdir)
- Provide input, advise the supervisor or employer is not directly about legal issues both for preventative action or legal proceeding is taking place.
- Represent the company with respect to an external party in terms of legal issues and matters relating to legality.
Requirements
- Minimum Male 25 years of age.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Law
- Experienced as a Legal Officer for a Minimum of 2 years are concerned with others.
- Understand the rules and the LAW of land
- Willing to be placed in the location of the estate in the province of Bengkulu.
- Able-bodied (Healthy and spiritually healthy)
