Litigation & Complaint
Handling
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law with min. 3 year working experience in litigation firm or insurance company as Fraud Officer/Litigator or similar.
Responsibilities:
- Handling pre-litigation & litigation cases as well as maintain its updates and proper settlements of the case.
- Acting as Prudential Indonesia’s legal representative before third parties (Police, Court and other authorities).
- Prepare and deliver various reports on pre-litigation & litigation cases to relevant parties.
- Response summon letter from external lawyer, local Police Officer and Court, as well as assisting Prudential Indonesia’s staff on the testimonial process before authorities.
