Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the document, data, and information for lawyers in resolving problems of corporate law, our external relations, including in trouble , community development and human resources preparing and examining its completeness of a legal document associated with operating the company activity (e.g., investment lending funds, coal sales agreement purchase goods and services, contract employees and others) updates recent developments related to illegally, like those rules, legislation
Requirements:
- Male
- Age Minimum 27 old years
- Education Bachelor Degree of Law (Civil Law), With a minimum GPA of 3.00 in law from leading universities.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Law firm, preferably from the manufacturing company.
- Able to operate a computer (Word, Excel, and so on. Preferred master draft of contract of cooperation.
- Have good communication skills, willing to work hard, high initiative, dynamic, thorough, can work well individually and as a team.
- Ready service out of town.
