Summarecon
Officer Development Program (ODP) aims to prepare fresh graduates or applicants
with less than 1.5 years of work experiences to be ready to work with
passionate staff. The stages in recruitment of ODP are CV screening,
psychological tests, interview with user or HR department, and interview with
board of director. Applicants who qualify will be asked to complete the
documents as a requirement to work in Summarecon Group. This program takes approximately 12 months
with four times rotation. Applicants can be placed on cross major, as long as
the job doesn’t require any special skill. Every three months for one year of
ODP program, we provide training to complete their non technical skill.

Requirements:
- Male/Female with max. 25 years old (while the next class of ODP is begin)
- Fresh graduate or have max. 1.5 years of work experiences
- Quickly adapt, eager to learn something new, communicative, and love challenges
Candidates
must hold bachelor’s degree from this following majors:
- Economics : Management and Accounting
- Social Sciences : Psychology, Law, and Communication
- Engineering : Architecture, Civil, Machines, Electrical, and Industrial
- Art : Graphic Design
- Hospitality : Hospitality Management
