Nobi Putra Angkasa was established on July 26, 1984 by Ir. Iman Abadi, MM with
a deed of public notary Imas Fatimah, SH. notary article no. 40. PT Nobi Putra
Angkasa is the first producer of cable ladders and cable trays in Indonesia, as
a pioneer in the industry. The constructions of the buildings, factories, power
plants, telecommunication networks, and the oil, gas, and mining facilities in
Indonesia became the stimulants of the PT. Nobi Putra Angkasa establishment,
development and growth. Since it was first founded, the company had been
determined to keep producing the cable ladders and cable trays and other
products which in line to our field of productions. Now the company had
developed panel boxes or enclosures as development of product line in its
business. The experience in producing of the products through the years has
made PT. Nobi Putra Angkasa to further endeavor providing better services to
the customer.
HRD & GA Staff (HRGA)
Responsibilities:
- Handling Job Clarification, Job Description, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Training
- Responsibility Benefit & Compensation, such as: Payroll, Overtime, Health Insurance, Jamsostek
- Handling Performance Appraisal for all of employee
- Handling Industrial Relation Affair (Disnaker OKI Jakarta, Police, Oitjen IVIIGAS, Dirjen Imigrasi)
- Handling Legal Activities, such as assistance and provide legal advice and representation of government and or corporation laws, regulations, procedures
- Process Recruitment new employee: permanent, contract and outsourcing
- GA Affairs, such as: Outsourcing, Building Maintenance, Transportation, Stationery, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management or Business Administration
- Fresh graduate, or maximum 2 years of experience
- Computer and English (speaking and written) literates
- Good Attitude, Analytical and communication skill
- Having knowledge of government regulation and ISO 9001 : 2008
- Initiative, hard working and team worker
- Familiar with Jakarta Map, good in Map Searching and own driving license A
- Willing to work with target in manufacturing company with tight schedule
