Legal & Administration Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and maintenance of corporate documents and compliance a group of companies
  • Review legal contracts, letters of agreement
  • To monitor regulatory requirements relating to industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Law
  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • At least 2 years experience in Corporate Legal preferably Due Diligence experience.
  • Having an experience in moot court competition
  • Computer literate, especially MS Office
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-initiative, hard worker and able to work in a team
