Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of corporate documents and compliance a group of companies
- Review legal contracts, letters of agreement
- To monitor regulatory requirements relating to industry
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Law
- Age maximum 30 years old
- At least 2 years experience in Corporate Legal preferably Due Diligence experience.
- Having an experience in moot court competition
- Computer literate, especially MS Office
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-initiative, hard worker and able to work in a team
