In House Lawyer & Office Manager


Responsibilies:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Selong Belanak.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
The candidate will be required to complete the following tasks:

  • Use of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Update client data
  • Data entry
  • Devise and maintain office systems;
  • Ensure all staffing immigration passes are up to date
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and keep notes;
  • Work closely with the accountant
  • Manage all company’s payment of running and extraordinary expenses;
  • Liaise with staff in other departments;
  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies;
  • Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
Other duties may include:

  • Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
  • Arranging both in-house and external events;
  • Obtaining quotes;
  • Ensuring all legal documents are completed by parties in transactions
  • Following up Indonesian external counsel with documentation
  • Ensuring all government applications are submitted correctly. 
Academic & trades qualifications:
  • Business & Law Related degree would be a distinct advantage.
Work experience & skills:

  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills, frequent user of the internet, confident on phone and good interpersonal skills. Fluent in both English and Indonesian spoken and written.
  • Personal qualities & behavioural traits
  • Reliable, Organised, trustworthy and has ability to work independently and oversee an office and legal & compliance requirements
Pipelined opportunities:
