In House Lawyer & Office
Manager
Responsibilies:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Selong Belanak.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
The candidate will be required to
complete the following tasks:
- Use of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
- Update client data
- Data entry
- Devise and maintain office systems;
- Ensure all staffing immigration passes are up to date
- Attend meetings, take minutes and keep notes;
- Work closely with the accountant
- Manage all company’s payment of running and extraordinary expenses;
- Liaise with staff in other departments;
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies;
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
- Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
Other duties may include:
- Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
- Arranging both in-house and external events;
- Obtaining quotes;
- Ensuring all legal documents are completed by parties in transactions
- Following up Indonesian external counsel with documentation
- Ensuring all government applications are submitted correctly.
- Business & Law Related degree would be a distinct advantage.
Work experience & skills:
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills, frequent user of the internet, confident on phone and good interpersonal skills. Fluent in both English and Indonesian spoken and written.
- Personal qualities & behavioural traits
- Reliable, Organised, trustworthy and has ability to work independently and oversee an office and legal & compliance requirements
Pipelined opportunities:
