Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Maximum age 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree majoring Law with minimum GPA 3,00
• Have experience 0-1 year as Legal staff (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Have experience in handling legal research, legal review (agreement) and regulation analysis
• Have experience from FMCG or Law Firm are preferable
• Strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Drive for result, willing to learn, good integrity and good persuasion skill
• Placement : Head Office (Graha Kirana)

Responsibilities:

• Handling licensing including in-charge to make sure license is always updated
• Doing research about new regulations or new types of business unit at the company, including go to government office
• Handling regulations and filing legal documents
• Doing agreement review with difficulty level from low to moderate (e.g: agreement with templates, marketing agreement)
