PIMR - Analyst Policy, Compliance & Legal Risk

Requirements :
  • Bachelors’ degree of law or post graduate of law.
  • With knowledge of specific State law, statutory provisions, court procedures, guides, government regulations, the rules of government agencies, contracts, internal and external policies.
  • Have the ability to design and assemble step penenerapan rules & the policy properly.
  • With knowledge of risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, methods, and process.
  • Having ability well English language skills (active oral or written)

Responsibilities :
  • Identify common risk factors in the risk policy, regulatory, and risk as the impact of operational activities, investments (such as M & A, Subsidiary/Joint Venture), funding, transaction, and ad-hoc projects by reviewing the rule of law, the internal and external contracts, references, policies, and regulations.
  • Oversee the entire enterprise risk and map out the risk as well as the owner of the risk (risk owner).
  • Assessing the potential severity of the impact of commercial//legal impacts as a result of the losses.
  • prepare and submit a report risk profile, which includes the probability of cause factor and analysis, as well as the uncertainty caused by the risk.
