Lawyer
Requirements :
- Female
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Excellent English both written and spoken
- Proficient in making legal drafting, business agreement, and experienced in handling cases.
- Possess an Advocate License (PERADI)
- 1 (one) positions available
- Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities :
- Reviewing, examining and making legal document or legal drafting, business agreement such as wills deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts, legal briefs and opinions etc.
- Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations, negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases including gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case in order to present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
