The company was optimistic that used car financing have high growth potential. The prediction proven to be true as until 2013 the company continues to expand and has promising growth. Until the end of 2010, the Company has 70 branch offices and representative offices with growing numbers of up to ± 105 branch offices in 2014.

Corporate Legal

Responsibilities:

• Drafter, review and evaluation of all legal contracts Company (in English and Indonesian)
• Handle and maintenance of all licenses issued, correspondence and related agreement with the law firm
• When required to proceedings before the court in accordance with applicable positive law context

Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum S1 Degree (Fresh Graduate) majoring in Law, preferably from leading universities or Foreign Universities and if ever work preferably with experience maximum of 3 (three) years in the same field (law firm / legal corporate / in-house lawyers)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4
• Having the ability to speak English active, either orally or in writing, preferably with a TOEFL certificate: ≥ 550 or IELTS: ≥ 5.00
• Able to operate MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
• Having the ability to negotiate and presentations
