Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Support and cultivate corporate documents related to the corporation agreement, deed of companies and licensing
• Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreement, certificates, licensing and other legal documents related to the project company
• Administering legal documents including certificate archives , agreements and licensing

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree, majoring in law from reputable university
• Minimum 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience is required for this position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and demonstrate high degree of integrity
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
• Understanding in English is a MUST
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office
